Hello,

After 2 years spent with Bitdefender, we are switching to another product for our antivirus solution. But for that we need to uninstall first bitdefender on all pcs and install directly the new one... I know about the Bitdefender_uninstall_tool (that was even needed to go from bitdefender standard to pro plus), but is there a way to use it in a script ? The documentation about this program is for the least small (bitdefender_uninstall_tool.exe /? does not give much information), and the parameter I thought would be the correct one ( /Q ) does not do anything alone...

Thanks in advance for your help...

We want to be able to do a one-click remove and install... we are giving the job to do that to department-wide administrators, who are not doing this as a main fulltime job, so we want to simplify the switch as much as possible.

As I am sure you will soon ask why we are switching away, one of the main reason is instability of the central bitdefender administration tool (it never really worked correctly, and not at all recently) and the problems that the bitdefender pro plus brought (randomly disappearing update configuration page, false positive with widely used VNC, it even let a virus infect plenty of computers again and again (ie MadAngel), performance problems with vsserv.exe or bdss.exe and so on...)

I still would be very thankful if at least the uninstall part would not be an hassle...

Thanks in advance,
