 Bitdefender Freezes Computer Into A White Screen |

This has happened to me 3 times in the past couple days, I turn on my Full System Scan and about mid way through it, it freezes up my computer into a white screen where the only way to turn it off is by holding in the button that turns it on. I cannot say what file it does it at because I was away from my computer at the time.
I am using BitDefender Total Security 2008 on Windows XP I check for updates daily on BitDefenders This issue has just started occurring recently, never had a problem before. I was just wondering if anyone happen to has any ideas on how to fix this problem. Thanks |
