When I boot up WindowsXP, I get an error from windows security center saying that Bitdefender is deactivated. It momentarily goes away, however I'm not sure that should happen. Should BD load into memory immediately?
Not sure on this on, so all comments appreciated. Regards

Hello smithisize,
BitDefender drivers need some time to initialize. Sometimes during the boot process other processes off other software are loaded between BitDefender related services or files. Windows boots processes alphabetically so that explains why you see that message for a few seconds. You don't need to worry because BitDefender boot protection was already active. Is it clearer now? Best regards Niels |
