 Installation Problem, Error Creating Process |

Hello, I'm new to the forum today. I read some good reviews about BitDefender, and since my McAfee just expired I though I should try a different program. Hoping that it might not be as bloated like McAfee.
I downloaded the trial and tried to install but got the following error: "Error Creating Process <C:DOCUME~1\Dave\Local Settings\Temp\IXP000.TMP\setup.exe>. Reason: C:\WINDOWS\system32\advpack.dll" I left a message for the support team a couple of days ago but never got a response. Anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance for your help. Dave |

Dear Sir Loin,
Did you remove Mcafee? If not follow the instructions in this topic. Download and install the latest .net frame work version. You can download it here.Once installed reboot your pc and try again. Best regards Niels |

Dave having similar probs error creating process <D:\Users\\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXPOO1.TMP\Setup.Exe> when installing bitdefender internet security 2008 ,did you ever find a cure ? |
