Nu reusesc sa instalez Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2675157)

Error details: Code 80070057

Din ce am gasit pana acum ar putea fi un conflict cu o alta aplicatie si se recomanda Clean Boot. Am intrat in MS Config, dar singurele servicii care nu se pot dezactiva / opri sunt BitDefender Desktop Update Service si BitDefender Virus Shield (nici din Manage - Services). Chiar daca dezactivez din aplicatie Scan la acces tot imi da eroarea de mai sus.

Sistem: Windows 7 Pro / 64, BD TS 2012

In primul rand vreau sa te intreb: ai un tichet creat in sistem? Ne-ai mai contactat pe email sau telefon?

Pentru a rezolva situatia te rog sa imi trimiti:

. Un jurnal generat de Support Tool;

[Cum se genereaza un jurnal cu SUPPORT TOOL]
. Salveaza pe desktop urmatorul fisier:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...Supporttool.exe

. Daca folosesti Vista/7, click dreapta pe fisierul Bitdefender_Supporttool.exe si selecteaza "Run as Administrator";
. Completeaza toate datele si apasa "Next".
NOTA! Pentru a reproduce situatia si a colecta toate jurnalele din PC, restarteaza PC-ul si apoi ruleaza din nou Bitdefender_Supporttool.exe cu click dreapta pe fisier si selectati "Run as Administrator";
. Un fisier va fi creat pe desktop (cu numele BDSP_*);

Trimite-mi acel fisier prin PM

Daca fisierul este prea mare, urca-l pe

http://www.sendspace.com

sau

http://www.mediafire.com

si trimite-mi un PM cu link-ul de descarcare.

Noi vom analiza datele si iti vom trimite o solutie in cel mai scurt timp posibil.

Din pacate nu s-a rezolvat. Am incercat si cu utilitarul si manual. La manual am incercat sarind peste pct. 4, apoi executand si pct. 4
Singurele probleme au fost la inregistrarea manuala a anumitor dll-uri:
  • mshtml.dll
  • shdocvw.dll
  • browseui.dll
  • msxml.dll
  • gpkcsp.dll
  • sccbase.dll
  • slbcsp.dll
  • initpki.dll
  • wuaueng1.dll
  • wucitui.dll
  • wuweb.dll
  • qmgr.dll
  • muweb.dll

PS Pentru cine mai incearca varianta manuala, comanda corecta la pct. 7 este netsh winsock reset (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif)

Scuze ca intru abia acum, dar n-am primit mesaj ca s-a mai postat. Am router si Internetul e de la RDS.
Dar, intre timp (de 2 zile), s-a rezolvat. Ori s-a instalat, ori s-a instalat un update care il inglobeaza si pe acesta cu probleme.
