Can anyone help me with trying to install the trial version of Bitdefender_ts2012_64b (file size is 253Mb). Every time I try to install this trial version I get as far as the Scan system files for viruses on the install and then I get the message "X Bitdefender installation has failed. Please try again later. It doesn't even let me know why the install didn't work. I at my wits end to get this to work and feel like trying another anti-virus. Please help!!

Hi Christian,
Still can't load Bit Defender so think I'll try another anti-virus, pity, as your software came top but it's no good for me if I can't even load the trial version. Still getting the same message on failure to load and I turned off the UAC as instructed. Hi Christian,
Can't even get the uninstaller to work. This software has really let itself down on my PC. What could be the problem? I need to get rid of it if it doesn't work. Even tried installing your BETA version 2013 and that failed. NOT very impressed at all. Thanks, Phil |
