Bitdefender is blocking a virus that keeps returning.
Virus Name: Trojan.Generic.7262265 Location: dl.dropbox.com/u/61092690/miner.exe Accessed by: Accessing process "Access to this file has been denied." How do I get rid of this? I am not able to provide a scan log, as my computer keeps crashing whenever I run a Bitdefender scan (another issue I need help to resolve). |

I attempted to run a scan in Rescue Mode, but I got this error: Error while reading MBR of in partition table of drive (hd03) BIOS: Drive=0x0, H=1, S=18 Try (fd0): invalid or null Cannot find bdrescue in all drives The bootup stops at this point, and I have to hit control-enter-delete to continue. I'm then taken back to the screen asking whether I want to boot Windows normally or in Rescue Mod. Please advise. |

Thanks--that worked. I was able to complete a scan and remove all the viruses.
