Unattended Deploy with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
Task sequence Install Novell Client2 SP2 (IR1) before BDIS2012: - causes system hang at restart/GINA presentation. Task sequence Install BDIS2012 before Novell Client2 SP2 (IR1): - Novell Client 2 SP2 will not install correctly RC=0xC0000022 (-1073741790). BDIS2012 AVC blocks SetupNC.exe as Potentially Malicious Process Using BDIS2012 "small" install package: setupdownloader.exe /silent Please advise. |

Welcome back. Could you please send us the file(SetupNC.exe) that is blocked by Active Virus Control? One more thing, have you tried to put Novell Client first and then Bitdefender? Thank you. |

Sorry for not following up on this sooner...
I discovered that one or both of the optional services Novell Modular Authentication Services (NMAS) and Novell International Cryptographic Infrastructure (NICI) was causing the interference (I did not test to determine which one but I suspect it was NICI). I configured the installation INI to exclude them during initial install and the unattended deployment proceeded successfully. |
