Hi,
I bought BD Antivirus Plus 2012 recently. The package shows to be manufactured in India from registered partner "R.S.COMPUTER ENTERPRISES PVT LTD". They are providing 21-digit license key with the package. I tried entering the license key while installing but to no avail, as the installer doesn't take more than 20 characters. I also tried adding the key using the online portal (I have several other licenses), but that doesn't work too. Can someone help? I couldn't find anywhere else to post this. If this violates any rule of this forum, please send me a mail after deleting this. Thanks, Koushik |

Hi George,
Christian's post helped me to install the product successfully. Since, you pointed out that there are 3 different product keys (3 PC, 1 Year), I'm wondering how to install all the 3 keys in 1 PC to avail the 3 YR total validity? When asked to "Govind (RS) - the vendor from India" from this post list, he asked me to enter the 3 keys one after another. I didn't find such option. When I tried to do that, the keys got replaced each time, and the last key entered is visible with its validity. Can you help me in this case? Thanks, Koushik |

Later, he told me, he would contact tomorrow. No idea, where this is going! He's still insisting that a 3 PC 1 Year product can be converted to a 1 PC 3 Year! Got a very bad experience from this distributor, selling a different product by putting something else over the box label. Anyway, BD still rocks. I'm looking to lodge a complaint with the seller.
