Hi

Whilst reviewing scan reports from Management Console, (Current Policies - Policy - Scan Policy - Details ) then "Click here to view Malware Report for this scanning task" I notice on several pc's in our network, the report shows infected files, but the 'action taken' is "Move files to quarantine(failed)" or "Disinfect (failed)"

Why should a 'move to quarantine' action fail? Is there something wrong in our setup?

I have attached a copy of the 'exported' log file but interestingly, looking at the pdf file, it shows the 'action taken' as "move to quarantine" whereas actually, it should say "Move files to quarantine(failed)" - see attached jpg picture - why is there a discrepency between the exported log pdf file and the actual log (as seen in the jpg picture)

Hi guys,

Please verify if the files detected by Bitdefender are still present locally on the client computers. Probably they are already disinfected or deleted depending the policy set on the computer.
I await your post.

Regards,

Andi
