new user cannot login/create profile after installing bitdefender
client computer is windows 7 enterprise 64bit domain connected with active directory bitdefender version 3.5.2.153 situation: when a computer is not yet installed with bitdefender, user can login. even new user. after installing bitdefender. old user that already have profile can still login but when a new user will login, they cannot go through and windows message: the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded Please help.. thank you.. |

I am experiencing the same problem,

is there any error mesage that appears when users are trying to log on/off? Also what version of Internet Explorer is present on your client computers? The error I get when I try to logon with a another user account is:
The User Profile Service failed the logon. User Profile cannot be loaded. IE9 is what we are using. Thanks |
