Hello,
I have a 3 year subscription on my BD 2008, which purchased early jan 2008. Regularly I get the message that my subscription has expired and the BD logo is grayed out. How can I solve this? Many thanks Best regards Leo |

If you're running XP,Vista or Windows 7,you can upgrade for free to BitDefender 2010.
Full instructions are available at: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...f=129&id=17 To completely remove the previous version you should run our uninstall tool: http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall |

The 2010 key won't work on v2008,but viceversa will.
If you want your license changed from 2010 to 2008 you need to contact the customer service department and they will provide you a new key: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Main/contactEmail/ |
