Hi RKJ_1001,
We'll need the following: - last sync time of that machine's agent with the console; - the version of Management Server that you are running ( in the console, above the dashboard you have the About link - this will show the version) - the version of Business Client from that machines (right click on the sys tray icon - select About) Thanks! |

it is not appearing in the management server, i tried to install it again from a deployment package i always use, but it gave me the same message again.. Thank you, Regards. |

Hello,
For this type of issue you will need to make sure that you followed these steps: - Upgrade the Management Server to version 3.1.8 using the patch available at: http://download.bitdefender.com/SMB/Workst...on_3.0/Patches/ - Then upgrade the agents to the latest version; - For the computers showing as expired make sure the agent is in sync with the management console. If it's not please make sure that the workstation follows all the guidelines in these KB articles: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/business/#439 http://www.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/business/#462 - Once you have agent-console synchronization re-enter the license key in the Management console and restart the "BitDefender Management Server" service; - If the clients after 24 hours still show up as expired try uninstalling Business Client from Add/Remove Programs locally on those machines, restart the system and re-deploy them using the management console. Then update them and make sure you have version 11.0.10 for Business Client on those systems. Thanks! |
