Dupa aproximativ 2 saptamani de la reinnoirea licentei pentru Bitdefender Management Server v 3.0, adica azi , un business client de pe un calculator (OS : Vista) arata ca licenta a expirat. Am dezinstalat clientul (agent si apoi client) si l-am resintalat cu un deploypack nou creat. Instalarea a functionat dar cand am dat update iar spune ca licenta a expirat. Niciun alt client din retea nu are aceasta problema.

Buna alexandru17,

Am avea nevoie de versiunea de Business Client instalata pe statie (sys tray icon - About) si cea de Management Server din retea (Control Panel - Add Remove Programs - BitDefender Management Server - Click here for support information).

Am facut a doua oara instalarea si a functionat. Se pare ca prima oara calculatorul s-a restartat exact in timp ce isi facea update si posibil din cauza asta dadea iar eroarea.

O problema noua, legata tot de licenta, pe alt server(Win2008 Server x64): Pentru Management Server File Version 3, 0, 250, 0 avem o licenta pentru 15 business clients. Au fost instalati la un moment dat 14 dar pe 2 calculatoare s-a reinstalat sistemul de operare si ulterior au fost sterse din managed computers (click dreapta , delete) unde au ramas 12 calculatoare. Totusi eu primesc in continuare mesajul:

Products deployed by Management Server will exceed your license agreement.
There are 14 BitDefender Business Client products deployed.Your license alows 15 such managed products.

In curand urmeaza sa instalez produsul pe 3 calculatoare si nu stiu daca o sa mearga...

Am creat un ticket in baza noastra de date pentru aceasta problema - 200910071008454. Te rugam sa raspunzi la mesajul care a fost trimis pe adresa de gmail cu informatiile solicitate pentru a trimite patch-ul in cel mai scurt timp posibil.
