First, whenever windows is freshly started, and I press Win+E shortcut, then explorer.exe process will hang and I have to kill explorer.exe first and re-run it from task manager to get it back up and running... this issue is not a problem if I double click My computer icon after startup and press Win+E.... strange - is the shortcut forbidden or something?

Second, the subnet of my local network is 255.255.252.0 so bitdefender should detect the IP range from 172.16.1.1 to 172.16.3.254 but instead it detects 172.16.1.* only, so when I scan network shares using a tool, it can only detect shares within 172.16.1.* only. Is there any way to manually override this?

Third, when I use turn auto update on when using a slow connection, then after few minutes bitdefender is starting up, the firewall will block all access to outside, the only fix is to restart the computer. But this is not an issue when I'm using either fast connection or slow connection with auto update turned off.

Btw, I'm using BitDefender Internet Security 2009 Trial version... I want to try first and come up with this issues, I just thought if these are solved, then it might be worth my money.
