I opened BD AV and found two items that needed attention. The first was that I needed to update and the second that my real time protection was disabled. I clicked on "fix all problems" but the software wouldn't respond. I clicked on the antivirus shield and saw that the box WAS checked and realtime protection WAS enabled. The red dotted line was moving along and seemed okay.
I rebooted my pc and again asked BD to update. It wouldn't. I kept working on it and finally it did update. I am still getting the false warning that my realtime protection is disabled, but the red dotted line is still moving! What's happening? I've had this security software for almost a year and never had any problems until now. Is there anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it? |
