I have noticed that the Cloud Security console is denying me access has been happening on and off during the last week. Sometimes it works and others it denys me access. Console performance is also slow.

Hi Mhyderio,
Thank you for your post. Please can you provide me an update status for your issue reported? What Internet Browser are you using and what version. Also what is the current Windows Operating System running on the computer where you are trying to access the Bitdefender Console. Provide me more info about the slowdown issue? Is the issue present all the time or when you are performing certain task like sending policies or deployment ? I await your post.. Regards, Andi |
