the vsserv always randomly downloading in backdoor
even i close all of the browner and software i also use network traffic software to watch those Internet traffic. though just vsserv running...... if i want to stop the download, i have to restart my pc or disconnect to my Internet what is the solution .... pls help |

To further investigate this case, please post here a support tool log by following these steps: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=29927 You may not be able to upload the files here as they are too big so you can put them on www.sendspace.com and post the download links.
