On a PC if i open the security client console i get this mesage: "the product is expired. please contact your system administrator"

but i have 150 licences... the pc are showed in cloud console and show managed... howto fix this problem?

I tryed to uninstall and reinstall the client, but no changes.

WinXP-SP3 32bit+ windows updates

Hello tecnico.icp1,

Please re-enter the license key in your Cloud Security Console and click Save. This will resend the license key to the stations connected to the internet.

Also please let us know if you cloned by any chance that computer or the OS was installed manually.

OK i try! in this case the os was installed manually, but cloning solution is used all days in my system environment (clonezilla, freee open ghost)
