Dear support team,

our company has purchased 85 license key for the our client pc and due to pc replacement, removal, scrap etc.
we have install new BD client to all the newly purchased pc to replace the old ones, however according to the management console, the license key has been used up and we no longer able to activate the client license on the new pc.

is there any way we can remove the duplicate PC registered under management console?


our estimated pc is around 70 to 75, so there is no way we can used up all the license key.


Please advise.

Dear Adriana,

the product information is as below :
Bitdefender Management Console:
product version :3.1.8
console file version :3.0.682.0
server file version : 3.0.682.0


business client (vary):
3.5.1.6
3.5.1.5
11.0.0.10


the client version is not standardize and i am unable to upgrade it as i do not have the proper installer since they have lost it. I have just took over the IT support role and the It department is at messed. i would appreciate if can provide me the latest client installer for me.

additionally i have also notice the message"Products deployed by Management Server are more than 90% of your total number of licenses"

may i request if can send me a tool to reset the counter of the license?

appreciate any help you can provide.

In order to solve the encountered issue please upgrade your Bitdefender Client Security suite to the latest version as instructed in the article below:

Please note that the existing policies and groups will not be saved and also the settings will be slightly different.
