Buna.Am nevoie de ajutor.Folosesc bitdefender total security 2013(varianta de 90 zile gratis) si dintr-o data antivirusul ma anunta ca a gasit un virus.Am dat sa vad ce e si brusc toate programele din tray incep sa spuna ca nu mai functioneaza.Am dat restart si dupa aceea pareau sa mearga.M-am uitat in antiivrus si la Active virus control apar 8 avertizari cum ca run32.dll are un comportament ciudat care poate dauna calculatorului.Mentionez ca windows-ul este instalat de 1 saptamana.Ce se intampla ? Este un virus sau o alarma falsa? Ce trebuei sa fac?

Buna seara,

Pentru a putea investiga in continuare situatia raportata vom avea nevoie de mai multe informatii din computerul dumneavoastra:

. Un raport BDSYS;

[cum se GENEREAZA UN RAPORT BDSYS]

. Salvati utilitarul BDSYS intr-o locatie la alegere:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge.../BDSysLog_i.exe

. Inchideti toate aplicatiile active si rulati "BDSysLog_i.exe" cu click dreapta, select "Run as administrator".
. Click pe butonul "Create log" pentru a incepe generarea raportului;

Nota: Daca primiti vreun fel de alerta in timpul rularii de la firewall,va trebui sa selectati Allow/Permite.

. O bara de progres va indica faptul ca utilitarul creeaza raportul;
. La sfarsitul acestui proces va aparea pe ecran un mesaj care sa va anunte ca logul s-a creat pe Desktop sub numele de:"bdsyslog.zip"
. Atasati fisierul "bdsyslog.zip" ca raspuns la acest email.

Va multimim si asteptam vesti de la dumneavoasta.

Am facut logul.Vreau sa spun ca de atunci nu am mai avut nici o alerta pentru rundll32.exe.

Aveai cumva setat Active Virus Control pe Agresiv?

Daca da, cel mai probabil s-a generat o alarma falsa pe acel proces.

Nu mai are rost sa pun logul.Mi-am dat seama ce s-a intamplat+ ca de atunci nu am mai avut nici o problema.

Bitdefender este un antivirus super.Tineti-o tot asa !
