Antispam Classifying Mail As Spam Even From Whitelist Addresses

Running BitDefender Security for Exchange 2.4.214 with Exchange 2003.

I have setup my whitelist to include (amongst others) the entry *@*.nz (get almost no spam from New Zealand domains!). I've been running this for around 18months with no troubles, however very recently I have begun to find mail in the Quarantine from .nz domains. (5 messages this month alone - not sure how many more I've missed).

I've double checked all my settings but can find nothing wrong with them yet 2 more messages in quarantine this morning!

Thanks
Andrew

Interner Security 2009, Settings Tab, Online Security - I click on the "box to Enable Mail Anti-Spam, Phishing, Virus etc. and it changes to Enamble. But when I close the window and reopen it, it is back to Disable? Why? Is my Mail (Yahoo) unprotected?

Hi, I have been reading all the remarks about AntiPhishing not working correctly, a problem that I still suffer with. Can anyone tell me if the problem has been cured, and if it has what should I do to cure mine. The same fault occures on both Firefox and IE8.

I just upgraded to Total Security 2009. I have Vista 64 Bit. On 2 occassions I have booted the computer in the morning and when I open Outlook 2003, my e-mails come in completely blank. The headers and the text are gone. I don't know where they have gone. I am 100% certain at least some, if not all, of the e-mails are not SPAM. What is going on here?

Antiphishing Blocking Twitter

Hi

I have been using BD Total Security 2009 for some time without problem. However this morning I started getting the Phishing alert message every time I opened Twitter. I can click View option and everything is fine but it happens everytime and is very irritating.

I have added Twitter to the AntiPhishing toolbar white list but this makes no difference, the same happens. In fact the only way I can stop it is to disable the AntiPhishing toolbar.

Anyone got any idea why this is happening?

Cheers

Ken

I have had it for a couple of weeks, now bearing in mind I have not changed any settings I now get bitdefender phishing alert pop ups on almost every website that I visit. Why is bitdefender classing everyday sites as phishing sites now. an example is www.jobsite.co.uk

I'm using BD Internet Security 2009 with Vista Home Premium SP1. The Basic screen, under the Security tab, Online Security shows that Antispam is being monitored, status OK. The Advanced screen, under Antispam, Status shows that the Antispam module is unavailable, and all options are greyed out. Is it working or not? How do I resolve this and get consistent displays?
